The food that we eat, the liquids that we drink and the air that we breathe in all bring toxins into our system. The very beginning of Yoga is to take care of the intakes. If you want to be a good yogi, at least physically, you should eat the right food, clean food, drink clean liquid and breathe in clean air. Always see that your food is free from toxins. Clean foods, clean liquid and clean air are either inexpensive or free. You can buy an apple for less money than you can buy an apple pie, for example. Everything that comes directly from nature, without any artificial change, should be clean. So, eat natural, simple foods.
